百融智能-W（06608）于2026年10月9日披露公告称，公司当日于香港联交所回购B类普通股7.50万股，占本次回购前公司现有已发行股份约0.0169%。此次回购每股价格介乎港币5.465元至5.49元之间，合计支付约41.08万港元。
此次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）由原先的369,985,140股减少至369,910,140股，库存股份则由25,427,500股增加至25,502,500股，总股份数保持在395,412,640股。公司表示，此次股份购回系基于2026年6月30日通过的购回授权，该授权允许公司回购总计44,987,317股，截至目前，已于香港联交所及其他证券交易所累计购回7,357,000股，占购回授权决议通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的1.6353%。
公司在公告中确认已遵守联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由执行董事、主席兼行政总裁张韶峰签署。
