公司决定向公众发行股票，包括最多80万股新发行股份。此次发行的净收益将进一步增强集团的财务灵活性，为未来潜在的收购活动提供资金支持。
每股认购价格将对应认购期间股票的成交量加权平均价格，并享有8%的折扣。此次发行的股份配售将由董事会与Avanza协商决定。
Late Harvest Wine Group 1971公司作为首席执行官Emil Sallnäs的全资子公司，将向Avanza借出80万股股票。
