截至2025年9月30日止六个月，广駿集团控股有限公司实现营收约880万港元，同比下降53.9%，主要由于部分已完成的道路及高速公路维修项目在同期基数较高所致。毛利约为233万港元，相比去年同期的717万港元亦出现下滑，对应毛利率由37.5%降至26.5%，主要因收入减少及项目成本微升所致。
期间经调整净利润录得-194万港元，较去年同期由盈转亏。经营活动产生的净现金流约为-98万港元，管理层指出新增附属公司的行政开支及整体收入下行是主要影响因素。报告期内行政开支约425万港元，同比上涨14.8%，其占营收比重有所上升。员工成本合计约400万港元，较去年同期略有增长。
业务分项
维修工程仍为核心来源，报告期内实现营收880万港元，同比下降53.9%。土木工程板块本期没有贡献收入。管理层将主要下滑原因归结为上一期项目集中交付导致基数较高；此外，部分修缮项目进入完结阶段，对整体收入也产生一定影响。
