FU SHEK FIN (02263) announced its financial results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue of HK$17 million, a year-on-year increase of 53.7%, and net profit of HK$6.167 million, surging 321.2% compared to the same period last year. Basic earnings per share stood at HK$0.0062.
The significant growth in net profit was primarily driven by higher commission and brokerage income from securities trading, increased fee and other income, as well as rising interest income from margin financing services due to sustained recovery in demand for the group's financing solutions.
