美高梅中国(02282)于3月31日发布最新公告，董事会建议派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股0.353港元，待2026年5月14日举行的股东周年大会批准后正式生效。
股息分派要点
美高梅中国指出，若该末期股息在股东周年大会上获正式通过，将于2026年6月3日或前后向于2026年5月22日名列公司股东名册的股东支付。股权登记将于2026年5月21日下午4时30分结束，当日之后的过户申请将无法在本次派息中获得登记。
根据公告，股东可于2026年5月14日上午9时30分在澳门路氹体育馆大马路美狮美高梅宴会厅3召开的股东周年大会上就上述议案进行表决。该末期股息的最终派付时间及具体安排将以股东大会表决结果为准。
