Yues International Holdings Group Limited (Stock Code: 1529) disclosed that on 23 January 2026, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Le Lao Hao Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Technology Development Co., Ltd. (the “Employer”) signed a construction contract with Fuzhou Chuanghong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (the “Contractor”) to develop the Jiangxi Le Lao Hao Traditional Chinese Medicine Logistics Industrial Park Project in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province.
According to the announcement, the project’s total construction area is approximately 27,238 square meters, situated on land measuring about 13,597.53 square meters designated for warehousing and hotel use. The contract sum is about RMB24.65 million, exclusive of tax and fees, and will be funded by the Group’s internal resources. Construction is scheduled to last 365 calendar days, from 23 January 2026 to 22 January 2027. Payment terms include a 10% advance, followed by monthly progress-based settlements and a 1% retention to address quality issues.
Yues International stated that the construction is intended to improve warehousing services for traditional Chinese medicine and support its broader business lines. The company will recognize RMB24.65 million as capital expenditure without any material immediate impact on earnings, assets, or liabilities. As certain percentage ratios under the Listing Rules exceed 5% but are below 25%, the transaction is classified as a discloseable transaction and is subject to announcement requirements on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
