嘉华国际（股票代码：00173）于2026年9月4日发布截至2026年8月31日的证券变动月报显示，公司法定/注册股本与已发行股份数量在本月内均未发生变化。
公司披露，普通股法定/注册股本合计50亿股，每股面值0.1港元，总额5亿港元；截至8月底，该数字未出现增减变动。已发行股份(不含库存股)数量为3,152,728,607股，较上月底无变化，而库存股数量为0，保证了公司已发行股份及公眾持股量符合相关规定。
公司表示，当月未进行新的股份发行、购回或注销活动，也无新增库存股变动。股份期权方面，月初与月末的期权数量相同，公司在期末尚有312,697,461股期权可供行使，但当月并未有期权行使所带来的新股发行。
截至8月底，公司股本总额保持稳定，暂无股权结构重大变动。公司同时确认，其已遵守所有适用的香港联交所《上市规则》及其他相关法律规定。
