The catalyst for the movement was a company announcement regarding its proprietary VEGF×PD-L1 bispecific drug candidate, Pervelafusp α (IMM2510).

On June 1st, the company presented Phase I clinical trial data for IMM2510 at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting.

The data, from Abstract #8580, demonstrated that IMM2510 showed significant efficacy and a favorable safety profile distinct from similar products in patients with advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer who had progressed after prior immunotherapy.

Based on the positive Phase I data and exposure-response analysis, the study has established 20mg/kg administered every two weeks as the recommended Phase II dose.

The company indicated that planning for subsequent Phase III clinical studies is now underway.
