内房股普遍上涨，融创中国涨超5%，7月楼市或延续弱复苏走势
港股内房股普遍上涨，其中，融创中国涨超5%，中国金茂、新城发展涨超4%，世茂集团、绿城中国、金辉控股、龙湖集团、万科企业涨超2%。
消息上，中指研究院企业研究总监刘水分析，从市场表现来看，6月份重点城市新房及二手房销售环比均实现增长，但同比仍有所下滑。政策支持力度有望持续加码，7月楼市或延续弱复苏走势。
值得一提的是，融创中国将配股偿债56亿，孙宏斌称“最困难时期已过”。分析人士指出，随着境内债务重组进入执行阶段和境外债务重组方案获得多数债权人支持，融创整体风险化解也进入冲刺阶段。
