GREENTOWN MGMT (09979) announced that Ernst & Young is expected to retire as the company's auditor upon the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026. Following the company's articles of association and based on the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to propose the appointment of KPMG as the company's auditor. This appointment is intended to take effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting and will remain in force until the end of the company's next annual general meeting, subject to approval by shareholders through an ordinary resolution at the annual general meeting.
