绿城中国控股有限公司于2026年5月7日发布截至2026年4月30日的最新股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司法定股本规模维持为100亿股，面值港币0.1元，对应法定股本总额为10亿港元，较上期无变化。
报告期内，公司已发行普通股总数仍为2,539,598,690股，未发生新增发行、购回或注销。同时公司持有的库藏股份数量为零，与上期无异动。公司确认已满足适用的公众持股量要求。
关于股份期权计划，截至上月末，2016年6月17日采纳的股份期权计划共计70,343,019份期权，其中912,000份于4月内注销，结存69,431,019份期权；当期并无因行使期权而新增已发行股份。于2023年6月16日采纳的另一项股份期权计划维持在初始授权数量253,199,869份，报告期内未发生变动。
公司表示，将继续严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司相关上市规则以及监管法规开展证券发行及库藏事宜。公告由董事刘成云签署。
