The board of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank (03618) has announced that it has received a written resignation letter from Deputy President Mr. Zhou Guohua.
Mr. Zhou has tendered his resignation from the role of deputy president due to having reached the statutory retirement age.
His resignation will become effective on June 12, 2026.
