1月11日，忠诚旅游与Sun Country Airlines Holdings, Inc.共同宣布达成合并协议。根据协议条款，忠诚旅游将以每股18.89美元的价格收购Sun Country Airlines，整体交易估值约为15亿美元。
合并后，忠诚旅游现有股东将持有新公司67%的股权，而Sun Country Airlines股东所持每股股票将获得0.1557股忠诚旅游普通股及4.10美元现金。
双方预计合并后第三年将实现1.4亿美元的年协同效益，且交易完成首年即可提升每股收益。此次合并将整合两家超低成本航空公司的运营网络，打造更具竞争力的航空服务平台。
交易完成后，合并实体的航线网络将覆盖全美超过100个目的地，通过共享运营资源优化机队利用率。双方董事会已一致批准该交易，预计将于2026年下半年完成监管审批程序。
