理想汽车-W（股票代码：02015）于2026年5月8日发布公告称，公司于2026年5月7日在纳斯达克全球精选市场回购股份33.12万股，约占该日公司现有已发行股本的0.0184%。回购价格区间介乎每股8.815美元至8.99美元，合计耗资约294.57万（美元计），对应总金额2,945,697.71美元。
公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）降至1,799,901,775股，库藏股增至8,521,894股，公司总已发行股份数仍为1,808,423,669股。根据此前于2025年5月30日通过的回购授权，理想汽车-W可回购股份总数为214,088,226股，截至目前累计回购数量为8,521,894股，约占回购授权通过当日已发行股本的0.398%。
公司表示，本次回购严格遵守香港联合交易所上市规则及相关法规。公告由联席公司秘书王扬签署。
