江西一脉阳光集团股份有限公司（“一脉阳光”，股票代码：02522）于2026年3月5日披露2026年2月28日止月份的股份变动月报表。根据公告，报告期内公司股本结构保持不变，未发生新增发行、回购或注销等活动。
一脉阳光现有普通股H股已发行股份合计294,128,074股，另有未上市普通股106,933,758股。截至2月底，注册股本总额约人民币401,061,832元，与上月保持一致。公司月报显示，H股的公众持股量符合香港联交所对于上市发行人最低要求。
