明略科技-W(02718)今日（11月3日）挂牌，此前公布招股结果，公开发售接获4,452.86倍认购，一手(40股)中签率1%。有1720人申请最高可认购9024手（股数360,960股），当中只有1664人才获得一手。国际发售录得13.93倍认购。
发售价141港元，集资净额9.02亿港元。
数据智能应用软件公司明略科技是次拟全球发售721.9万股A类股份，公开发售占10%。包括 腾讯控股 、Hundreds Capital、巴林资产管理机构GFH Financial Group B.S.C.及 晶泰控股 等七名基石投资者合共认购325.46万股，占发售总数45.1%。禁售承诺最后日期2026年7月30日。
