Great China Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 04 August 2026, covering the period ended 31 July 2026. The disclosure shows stability across all equity metrics and continued adherence to Hong Kong Listing Rules.

The company’s issued ordinary share capital was unchanged at 3.98 billion shares, with no treasury shares held. Consequently, total issued shares also stood unchanged at 3.98 billion.

Management affirmed that the firm met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as of 31 July 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, depositary receipts, or other agreements that could affect the share base were issued, exercised, lapsed or outstanding during the month.
