PPS INT’L Invites Shareholders to Select Preferred Method and Language for Future Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Sep 30

PPS International (Holdings) Limited has issued a formal notice under Rules 2.07A and 2.07B of the HKEX Listing Rules, advising registered shareholders of four options for receiving all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, circulars, and meeting notices:

1. Website Version only, with electronic or postal notification upon publication. 2. Printed English version only. 3. Printed Chinese version only. 4. Both printed English and Chinese versions.

Shareholders are encouraged to opt for the Website Version to support environmental sustainability. A completed and signed reply form must reach the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by 28 October 2026. If no response is received by that date, shareholders will be deemed to have chosen the Website Version.

Election changes can be made at any time by giving reasonable written notice or by email (8201-ecom@vistra.com) to the registrar. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request should shareholders encounter difficulties accessing the online documents.

English and Chinese versions of all corporate communications will remain available on both the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (http://www.ppsintholdings.com). For enquiries, shareholders may contact Tricor Investor Services at +852 2980 1333 during business hours.
