歌礼制药有限公司（01672）于2025年12月2日发布截至2025年11月30日的股份变动月报。公告显示，公司法定股本共计7,000,000,000股普通股（面值USD 0.0001），注册股本合计700,000美元。截至本月末，该注册股本无变化。
本期已发行股份（不含库存股）由期初的992,074,320股减少至991,974,320股，相应库存股份由期初的6,884,210股增加至6,984,210股，总股本998,958,530股维持不变。根据公告显示，此变动主要由于公司于2025年11月期间购回的100,000股普通股被持作库存股份所致。
就股权激励方案而言，公司于2019年6月6日通过的购股权计划本月内注销期权160,000份，截至本月底剩余7,243,653份；二零二五年购股权计划则于本月并无新变动，相关期权总数保持不变。
公告还披露，自2025年4月至本月末，公司先后在多次回购中累计购回尚待注销的普通股，共计960,000股。截至2025年11月30日，这部分股份尚未注销。
发行人确认已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定，并由公司秘书钟明辉签署本次公告。
