创联控股有限公司（02371）8月12日在港交所公告，因计划专注个人其他事务，张杰已辞任执行董事，自2026年8月12日起生效。张杰将继续留任集团高级管理人员，以保持业务运营的延续性。公司确认张杰与董事会并无意见分歧，亦无其他相关事宜需向股东及港交所另行披露。 同日，董事会委任高蕊为执行董事，自2026年8月12日起生效。高蕊现年41岁，任北京创联教育投资有限公司首席合规官，并担任多家附属公司法定代表及／或董事。其拥有北京化工大学项目管理硕士学位，持有出版专业技术人员职业资格证书中级资格及高级企业人力资源管理师资格。 根据已签订的服务合约，高蕊的固定任期为一年，可由任何一方提前不少于一个月书面通知终止，并需在股东周年大会上轮值退任及重选连任。其月薪为人民币30,000元，不包括酌情福利、花红或其他附带福利。 截至公告日，除上述披露外，高蕊在过去三年未于任何香港或海外上市公众公司担任董事职务，亦未在本公司或其附属公司担任其他职务，与本公司其他董事、高管、主要或控股股东无任何关系，且并未持有本公司上市证券中的任何权益。 董事会对张杰在任执行董事期间的贡献表示感谢，并欢迎高蕊加入董事会。
