轩竹生物旗下创新药轩悦宁首次纳入国家基本医保药品目录。此次医保谈判结果将有助于提高吡洛西利片在患者中的可负担性和可及性，推动药物市场推广和销售规模的提升，进而对轩竹生物的长期经营发展产生积极影响。
公开资料显示，吡洛西利片作为新型CDK2/4/6抑制剂，具有强效抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的优势，并且已于2025年5月获得中国国家药品监督管理局批准用于特定类型的晚期或转移性乳腺癌患者。其已获批的两项适应症均被纳入2025国家基本医保目录，此外，吡洛西利联合芳香化酶抑制剂的一线治疗适应症的上市申请正在审核中。
