JINSHANG BANK has released the notice for its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be convened at 10:00 a.m. on 26 June 2026 in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. Shareholders will vote on nine ordinary resolutions that outline the bank’s key governance, financial and supervisory matters for the past fiscal year and the year ahead.

Shareholder eligibility and registration • The H-share register closes from 23 June 2026 to 26 June 2026 (both days inclusive). Shareholders recorded at the close of business on 22 June 2026 are entitled to attend and vote. • Share transfer documents for H-share holders must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by 4:30 p.m. on 22 June 2026.
Dividend entitlement • Registers for both H-shares and domestic shares close from 3 July 2026 to 8 July 2026. Shareholders on record as of 8 July 2026 will qualify for the 2025 final dividend. Transfer documents must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 2 July 2026.
Voting mechanics • All resolutions will be decided by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.39(4). Results will be published on HKEXnews and the bank’s website.
Administrative details • Proxy forms must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the AGM. • The meeting is expected to last no more than half a day; attendees bear their own travel and accommodation costs.
