回购完成后，公司已发行股本变动至5,809,047,043股，库存股份数为1,445,000股，总股本保持5,810,492,043股。公司已于2026年5月12日通过购回授权，可回购股份总数为596,449,204股。截至本次回购前，已累计回购131,545,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约2.2055%。公司确认，此次股份购回符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定。
