业务分项
马来西亚土木及结构工程业务收入约4,330万令吉，同比上一期（约3,610万令吉）上升19.9%，主要因为新项目动工带动产出增长。中国土木及结构工程业务收入约420万令吉，同比上一期（约810万令吉）减少48%，主要受当地市场环境及客户延迟付款等因素影响。
由于本期确认了出售若干马来西亚土地的收益，整体经调整净利润出现显著改善。公司管理层表示，将继续完善项目收款与投标管理，审慎评估中国新项目步伐，巩固核心业务以保持稳健的资金状况。
