Wai Chi Holdings Cuts Free-Float by 0.11% Through HK$0.20 Million Share Buy-Back

Wai Chi Holdings Company Limited disclosed a repurchase of 233,000 ordinary shares on 18 June 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$0.86 to HK$0.88 per share. The volume-weighted average buy-back price was HK$0.8775, resulting in a total cash outlay of approximately HK$0.20 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined to 219.08 million from 219.31 million, a 0.11% reduction. • Treasury share holdings increased to 0.65 million. • Total issued share count, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 219.73 million.

The purchase forms part of the repurchase mandate granted on 27 May 2026, which authorises Wai Chi Holdings to buy back up to 21.97 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 0.65 million shares, representing 2.94% of the company’s outstanding shares when the mandate was approved.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Wai Chi Holdings is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 18 July 2026.
