汇盈控股(00821)宣布，已向股东提请授予董事在下一届股东周年大会上获得一般及无条件授权，允许公司于该授权有效期内回购不超过通过授权当日公司已发行股本10%的股份。根据公告披露，公司目前的已发行股份总数为329,297,219股，如果获授权后有必要进行回购，最多涉及约32,929,721股。购回资金将全部由公司可用流动资金支付，并依据香港公司条例及公司章程细则等规定合法使用。公司管理层表示，股份购回有望支持股价并提升每股资产净值及股东回报。
另悉，公司根据香港联交所证券上市规则要求，规划上述购回安排，董事会认为该项计划符合公司及全体股东的整体最佳利益。公告显示，公司股价在近一年内最高曾达每股0.69港元。公司股东大会定于2026年6月3日召开，会上将审议包括回购股份一般授权在内的多项决议。授权一旦通过，将自决议通过当日起生效，直至下届股东周年大会结束，或法定时限届满，或股东大会以普通决议撤回或修订授权为止。
