公告显示，公司预设派发货币为每股1.269港元，汇率为1人民币兑1.135港元。该末期股息的除净日已定为2026年5月21日，为符合获取股息分派而递交股份过户文件的最后时限为5月22日16时30分。股权登记日为2026年5月29日，当日或之前登记在册的股东将有资格收取股息。暂停办理股份过户登记手续的日期为5月26日至5月29日。股息派发日则定于2026年6月18日。
根据公告中的代扣所得税信息，对于非中国内地登记地址的非居民企业股东，将按10%的税率预扣企业所得税；对于非居民个人H股股东，一般也按10%的税率代扣代缴个人所得税，除非税务法规或相关税收协议另有规定。
