新时代集团控股有限公司在截至二零一五年十二月三十一日止年度，持续经营业务收入约149.28亿元（上一年度为108.68亿元），其中贵金属精炼及交易板块收入约147.27亿元，同比上升39%。持续经营业务年内亏损约1.41亿元，加上已终止经营的阿根廷上游油气业务亏损约6.46亿元，合并导致本年度录得亏损总额约7.87亿元。
该集团现有两大主要业务：一方面在香港从事黄金与白银加工及贸易；另一方面在加拿大等地布局天然气及非常规资源的勘探与生产。本年度终止了阿根廷原油及天然气上游项目，成为亏损扩大的重要原因。
报告期内，国际市场能源供需预期不稳，加拿大天然气售价下滑，贵金属价格走势亦有波动，均对业务盈利能力构成挑战。管理层指出，加拿大大不列颠哥伦比亚省的Discovery Park项目仍在推进，涵盖工业用途与人工智能数据中心等潜在开发与租赁方向；同时，Horn River Basin等天然气资源的勘探与利用被视为重点。贵金属精炼及交易方面，集团将结合市场与政策变化，继续审慎拓展业务并加强成本管控。
