BUD APAC (01876) announced that Mr. Nelson Jamel will resign as the company's non-executive director and member of the Audit & Risk Committee, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Jamel will also step down from his role as Chief People Officer at Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, the parent company of BUD APAC, marking his departure from the group after a 30-year career, effective the same date.
