阅文集团(00772)于2026年6月10日公告称，公司自2026年6月4日至6月10日期间多次回购普通股，合计回购160.00万股，约占2026年6月2日回购授权获通过当日已发行股本的0.1566%。
其中，6月10日公司于香港联交所场内回购25.00万股，每股回购价格在23.34港元至23.94港元之间，当日合计耗资约590.38万港元。根据公告披露，6月4日至9日的日均回购价格分别为22.9467港元、23.04港元、22.7933港元及23.3774港元，截至本次回购，公司累计回购1,600,000股普通股，回购总金额约3,698.08万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为1,021,476,227股，库藏股数目维持0股。阅文集团回购授权于2026年6月2日获批，通过可回购股份总数为102,147,622股。根据主板上市规则要求，公司在回购后30日内将暂不发行新股或出售、转让任何库藏股。
公司确认，此次回购已严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定，公告由公司秘书区伟强签署。
