北森控股有限公司(09669)于2026年3月10日更新翌日披露报表，显示公司在当日回购104,400股普通股，占回购前已发行股本(不包括库藏股)约0.0143%，每股回购价介乎4.59港元至4.75港元，合计耗资约485,736港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数保持736,191,751股不变，其中731,642,351股为已发行在外股份，另有4,549,400股为库藏股。根据此前于2025年9月18日通过的购回授权，公司可回购最多70,122,313股股份，至今已累计回购9,316,000股。
公司指出，此次股份回购活动已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及适用法规。公告由联席公司秘书刘宪娜签署。
