翰思艾泰生物医药科技（武汉）股份有限公司（翰思艾泰-B，股票代码：03378）于2026年6月9日公告称，公司当日在香港联交所以每股25.72港元至27.56港元的价格区间回购普通H股68,800股，占回购前已发行股本约0.051%，涉及金额共1,822,848港元，折合约182.28万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数变动为136,218,830股，其中已发行股份（不包括库藏股）为135,042,830股，库藏股数量增至1,176,000股。公司此前于2026年2月12日通过了股份回购授权，授权可回购的股份总数为13,621,883股，截至目前已回购1,176,000股。
公司确认已遵守相关上市规则与适用法律法规。本公告由董事长兼执行董事张发明签署。
