Future Data Maintains Stable Share Capital in April; 43.65 Million Options Outstanding

Future Data Group Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 April 2026.

Authorised and issued capital • Authorised capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million. • Issued share count stayed flat at 550.68 million ordinary shares; the company held no treasury shares. • No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the month, and no funds were raised from option exercises.

Public float • Management confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares.

Share option activity • Two option schemes are in place: – 2016 Scheme: 19.80 million options outstanding; no movements. – 2026 Scheme: 23.85 million options outstanding; no movements. • Aggregate outstanding options total 43.65 million, representing a potential dilution of approximately 7.93% of the existing issued share base. • No new options were granted, exercised, lapsed, or cancelled, and no shares remain available for issue under the 2016 scheme. • The 2026 scheme allows for a further 31.22 million shares to be granted in future.

Other securities • The company has no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments.

Governance • Director Tuen Hei Ching confirmed that all regulatory and listing-rule requirements were met during the reporting period.
