百胜中国控股有限公司（09987）于2026年3月18日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司于2026年3月17日分别在美国及香港市场合计回购73,024股普通股。
根据公告，其中美国市场回购55,024股，回购价格每股介乎美元54.28至54.81，总金额约2,999,952.5美元；香港市场回购18,000股，回购价格每股介乎港币424.2元至432元，总金额约7,723,890港币。上述回购股份约分别占公司现有已发行股份的0.02%及0.01%。同时，公司也于当日因股份激励计划发行257股新股。变动后，公司已发行股份总数为353,297,742股。
公告指出，公司回购所依据的授权决议通过日期为2025年5月23日，授权下可回购的股份总数为37,239,649股。截至目前，公司已合计回购22,011,884股，占授权决议通过当日已发行股份总数约5.91%。公司确认，此次股份回购均遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及当地相关法规。
