顺兴集团控股2026财年收益降至3.88亿港元 净利同比增11.1%毛利率升至7.0%

顺兴集团控股截至2026年3月31日止年度录得收益约3.88亿港元，较上一财年的6.09亿港元下降36.2%。本公司拥有人应占年内溢利约600万港元，同比上升11.1%，每股基本盈利为1.5港仙。同期毛利约为2,720万港元，较2025财年减少17.6%，但毛利率由5.4%提升至7.0%，主要由于项目组合优化以及成本管控有效所致。

该公司在香港主要从事供应、安装及维修机械通风空调和低压电气系统。其中，机械通风空调系统录得3.31亿港元收益，低压电气系统相关收益达5,670万港元。截至报告期末，集团在手共有11个项目，合约总值约2.16亿港元，包括两项低压电气系统项目，合约总值约6,000万港元。项目覆盖香港多类场馆、住宅及公私营物业的机电工程服务。

在资产负债方面，截至2026年3月31日，集团总资产为3.67亿港元，净资产约2.20亿港元。流动资产主要包括贸易应收款项5,170万港元、合约资产1.08亿港元以及银行结余及现金1.51亿港元，流动比率约为2.1倍。集团并无银行借款，资本负债比率维持在零。此外，董事会于期内宣派每股0.5港仙的特别中期股息，合共200万港元；期末则未建议派付末期股息。截至报告期末，集团拥有121名员工，薪酬包括薪金、医疗福利及花红。
