Bank of Chongqing Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: BCQ) submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 6 May 2026, covering movements up to 30 April 2026.

BCQ’s authorised share capital stayed broadly unchanged at RMB 3.63 billion, split between 1,579,020,812 H-shares and 2,046,729,773 A-shares. The only adjustment during the month was an increase of 735 A-shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.

Issued share capital mirrored this stability. H-shares were flat at 1,579,020,812, while issued A-shares rose marginally by 735 to 2,046,729,773. The issuer held no treasury shares in either class.

The incremental A-shares stemmed from conversions of the bank’s on-market A Share Convertible Bonds. After a RMB 7,000 conversion, the outstanding bond principal stood at RMB 11.56 billion. The current conversion price is RMB 9.50 per A-share—adjusted following successive dividend distributions—leaving capacity for up to 1,217,166,105 additional A-shares if full conversion occurs before the 22 March 2028 maturity.

BCQ affirmed that its H-share public float continues to meet the 5 % regulatory threshold applicable to PRC issuers with other listed shares.

In the regulatory section, Chairman Yang Xiuming confirmed that all share issues complied with board authorisations, listing rules, and relevant legal requirements.
