根据公告，公司本次回购股份尚未注销，截至2026年3月27日，公司已发行股本仍为837,535,825股，库藏股数为0股。购回授权于2025年6月27日获股东大会通过，授权数量为91,613,918股，截至目前累计回购4,241,188股，剩余可回购授权为87,372,730股。
公司在公告中确认，本次股份购回遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例的规定。公告由联席公司秘书梁怀元签署。
