乐享集团（股份代号：06988）宣布，董事会已获股东大会一般授权，可于指定期间内根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定，购回不超过公司已发行股本10%的股份。公司表示，本次购回将以合法收益、溢价账款或其他符合开曼群岛及上市规则的资金为来源。
本次购回授权将提请公司于2026年6月26日（星期五）召开的股东周年大会审议并表决。董事会认为，股份购回授权有利于提升股东回报，并维护股东整体利益。根据公告，若获得通过，乐享集团可在授权期限内择机购回自身已发行股份，上限为已发行股本（不包括可能存在的库存股份）的10%。
乐享集团的董事会表示，将在确保公司财务稳健及符合开曼群岛《公司法》的前提下，酌情行使购回授权。公司提醒股东，股份过户登记将于2026年6月23日至26日暂时关闭，有关股东可于6月22日下午四时三十分前办理相关过户手续，以确保有权参加并在股东周年大会上行使投票权。
