Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Limited released an updated register of its Board of Directors as of 30 June 2026, detailing current positions and committee assignments.

The Board now comprises six members: 1. Executive Directors • Zhang Yue – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer • Zhang Wei • Guo Hongbo

2. Independent Non-executive Directors • Song Jian • Jiang Bo • Dong Yang

Four Board-level committees remain in place—Audit, Remuneration, Nomination, and Subsidiary Senior Management Appointment (SSMA). Key leadership roles are as follows:

• Audit Committee: chaired by Jiang Bo, with members Zhang Yue, Zhang Wei, Song Jian, and Dong Yang. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by Jiang Bo, with members Zhang Yue, Song Jian, and Dong Yang. • Nomination Committee: chaired by Song Jian, with members Zhang Yue, Jiang Bo, and Dong Yang. • SSMA Committee: chaired by Jiang Bo, with Zhang Yue serving as a member.

Guo Hongbo currently does not serve on any of the Board committees.
