Oct 02

Hong Kong–listed I.Century Holding Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, maintaining a total authorised capital base of HKD 100.00 million—identical to the preceding month’s level.

Issued share capital also showed no movement. I.Century closed September with 800.00 million ordinary shares in issue and no treasury shares, mirroring the August figures. Consequently, the group’s total issued share capital remained at HKD 8.00 million in nominal terms.

The filing confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent, and reported zero activity across share options, warrants, convertibles, other equity-linked agreements, or Hong Kong depositary receipts.

Company Secretary Ren Fang affirmed that all regulatory and listing-rule obligations have been met and that no new securities were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during the month.
