The buyback program is authorized to commence from the date of this announcement and will remain effective until the expiration of the repurchase authorization period.

The board of directors or its authorized representatives will carry out the repurchase in accordance with the existing share buyback authorization.
Depending on the final execution, the repurchased H-shares may either be cancelled or retained as treasury shares.
