公告显示，此次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数量降至1,058,910,146股，库藏股增至21,602,000股，总已发行股份仍为1,080,512,146股。公司于2026年5月22日获股东批准购回授权，可购回股份总数为108,051,214股，截至此次交易已回购572,000股。公司确认已遵守香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法律法规。
