The offering operates under the compliance framework of licensed financial institutions, with core tokenization infrastructure support provided by the financial digital asset infrastructure platform AlphaToken. It aims to deliver more convenient and transparent digital asset allocation services for physical gold to qualified professional investors. YUNFENG FIN stated that this move represents a significant step for Yunfeng Youyu in the real-world asset (RWA) sector, further expanding its alternative asset service offerings for professional investors.
