Anchorstone Holdings Limited (1592) has entered into a second supplemental placing agreement regarding the proposed placing of new shares under a general mandate. The revised agreement extends the Long Stop Date from 29 October 2025 to 17 November 2025, or a later date if both parties agree in writing.
Other terms and conditions in the original and supplemental placing agreements remain unchanged. The completion of the placing remains conditional on the fulfillment of specified requirements.
