梁志天设计集团（股票代码：02262）发布2026年中期业绩，报告期内营收约1.87亿元，同比下降4.1%。净利润约1.25百万元，同比上涨28.5%。毛利同比提升3.2%至75.3百万元，毛利率由上期的37.5%上升至40.3%。经营活动产生的现金流量仍为净流出，约4.33百万元，相比上一期的0.48百万元有所扩大。
从成本结构看，销售费用同比下降48.0%，管理费用同比上升4.9%。公司表示，一方面通过有效把控营销投入实现了销售费用的削减，另一方面人力结构及其他成本仍在持续优化。

报告期内，SLD品牌实现收入约119.3百万元，同比增加约2.0%；SLL品牌收入约58.0百万元，同比增长约4.5%。JHD品牌收入约9.4百万元，同比减少约57.3%。公司认为，部分业务营收下滑主要受行业需求放缓与项目进度趋缓影响。
