REF HOLDINGS (ASX: 01631) has announced that on July 3, 2026, the company resolved to make an offer to grant share options to two participants under the share option scheme adopted on June 29, 2026.

The options are for the subscription of a total of 30.72 million ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each in the company's share capital, equivalent to 10% of the total issued shares as of the announcement date.

Of the options granted, those carrying the right to subscribe for 16.72 million shares have been awarded to Mr. Liu Wende, while options carrying the right to subscribe for 14 million shares have been awarded to Ms. Zhao Heru.

The grant of the share options is subject to acceptance by the grantees and must be approved by the company's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting.
