翰思艾泰生物医药科技（武汉）股份有限公司（“翰思艾泰-B”，股票代码：03378）于2026年7月15日公告，披露公司在香港联交所场内回购股份。此次回购涉及5.57万股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.042%。回购价介乎每股28.66港元至29.90港元，总代价约为161.26万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持136,218,830股，库藏股增至2,082,000股。
根据公告，公司回购授权于2026年6月24日获股东大会通过，可回购总数为13,469,683股。截至目前，公司已通过香港联交所及其他证券交易所累计回购560,000股，剩余授权额度为12,909,683股。公司确认已遵守香港联交所《主板上市规则》及所有相关法律法规。
