2026年4月14日，家乡互动（股票代码：03798）发布公告，披露于同日在香港联交所场内购回股份。此次回购股份数量为20万股，占公司已发行股本约0.01564%，每股回购价格介乎港币1.34元至1.35元，合计涉资港币269,780元（约26.98万港元）。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本变为1,278,201,500股，库藏股数量增至5,202,000股，总股份数维持在1,283,403,500股。根据此前于2025年6月17日获通过的购回授权，公司可回购股份合计128,340,350股，其中已有5,202,000股在香港联交所或其他交易所回购，占授权通过时已发行股本总数约0.40533%。
公司于公告中确认所有购回事宜均遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及法定程序。公告由联席公司秘书吴介然签署。
