ACOTEC-B (06669) rose more than 5% intraday, with gains narrowing to 3.25% by the time of writing, trading at HK$13.01 with a turnover of HK$2.45 million. The company recently announced that it received approval from China's National Medical Products Administration for its V-otter microcatheter.
The V-otter microcatheter is designed for use in percutaneous interventional procedures for peripheral and coronary vessels, enabling the delivery of diagnostic, embolic, or therapeutic materials to targeted vascular sites. Specifically applied in transarterial chemoembolization (TACE), the device features a large-lumen design to prevent intraoperative catheter blockage.
It offers three tip-shaping options—straight, 45° single curve, and multi-curve—allowing clinicians to adapt to branch vessels at varying angles for precise and stable navigation to target vessels, facilitating subsequent procedures.
