YONGHE MEDICAL (02279) Announces Annual Results, Swings to Profit of 73.711 Million Yuan

YONGHE MEDICAL (02279) has announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The Group recorded revenue from customer contracts of RMB 1.808 billion, representing a slight increase of 0.21% year-on-year. Profit attributable to owners of the company was RMB 73.711 million, a turnaround from a loss compared to the previous year. Earnings per share were RMB 0.15. The Board has recommended a final dividend of RMB 0.076 per share.

As of December 31, 2025, the Group operated 63 hair transplant medical institutions across 61 cities in China, along with 7 Svenson hair care centers located in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, establishing it as the largest and most geographically widespread chain of hair medical groups in the country. During the reporting period, the Group served a total of over 120,000 consumers.

By optimizing its store network and upgrading its self-developed chain medical management system, "He Fan," the Group achieved refined management in its core business, leading to improvements in efficiency, quality control, and cost reduction. Concurrently, through a restructuring of its management model and the precise implementation of marketing strategies, the Group significantly enhanced its employee efficiency, customer acquisition conversion rate, and return on investment. These initiatives were instrumental not only in successfully reversing the loss-making situation but also in laying a solid foundation for sustainable long-term profitability.

Within the reporting period, the Group's hair transplant business generated revenue of RMB 1.375 billion, accounting for 76.1% of the Group's total revenue. The Group remains committed to providing professional and high-quality hair transplant services. It has strengthened the market influence of its "Yonghe Hair Transplantation" brand by implementing a multi-tiered "Good Doctor" service system. Furthermore, the Group has integrated aesthetic design elements into this system to meet the growing demand from female clients for aesthetically-oriented hair restoration solutions. This strategy has not only improved customer satisfaction but has also further solidified the Group's leading position in the hair health management sector.

The number of consumers who underwent hair transplant procedures with the Group during the reporting period was 71,380, an increase of 19.7% compared to the same period last year. The average expenditure per hair transplant customer was RMB 19,265.
